Hi, I’m Dr. Lexi McKenna, a naturopathic medical doctor and direct primary care family medicine provider with a deep commitment to both patient care and the next generation of naturopathic physicians. I currently manage a thriving panel of over 550 patients in clinic, serve as a pharmacotherapeutics teaching assistant at Sonoran University, and work as the sole editor for Pass NPLEX review materials and the Wild Brilliane Press NPLEX II Study Manual.

     My journey in NPLEX education began as a student tutor and content developer, and has evolved into a leadership role as the 2024 and 2025 editor and author of the NPLEX II Study Guide by Wild Brilliance Press. Through years of experience—both in clinical settings and academic circles—I’ve developed a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed on the NPLEX exams.
